- PREGNANCY POLICY: Should the passenger be 7 months pregnant or more, a valid doctor's certificate must be provided stating that she is medically tit and able to fly.
- Child Policy: Only children above two years of age are allowed to fly and required to purchase a seat but are not permitted to sit on an adults lap. Children from 2 years to 12 years old are not allowed to fly alone, unless accompanied with guardian.
- CAMERAS - NO COMMERCIAL FILMING: Ipads and selfie sticks and camera lenses with 400 mm are not permitted to use.
- SPECIAL NEEDS- passenger to provide his own lifting assistance service in/out of the helicopter
- RIGHT OF REFUSAL - Helidubai has the right to enforce dress safety code or to refuse any passenger to fly, at its sole discretion.
- All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions.
- Tour routes may vary due to air traffic control stipulations or other operational or safety considerations.
- HeliDubai reserves the right to use any acquired passengers photos or videos.
- Photos are not included in the helicopter tour experience, they can be purchased at the photo counter.
- All refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee deduction.

Dress code is smart casual, comfortable. Hats and scarves are not allowed on the flight.
It is mandatory to have an original passport or Emirates ID.
Before the flight is required to pass registration, weighing and briefing.
It is forbidden to use flash photography during the flight.
Flights of 12, 17, 22 or 30 minutes with a group or individually are available for booking.
It is necessary to report your weight for safe and correct weight distribution in the helicopter.
Flight altitude 270-300 meters.
You are allowed to bring and use smartphones, amateur video and photo cameras during the flight.
Professional cameras (lenses 400mm and larger), selfie sticks, and tablets are prohibited.
It is forbidden to bring water and food on board the helicopter.
The administration reserves the right to prohibit bringing aboard objects that will be considered dangerous or cause discomfort to other passengers during the flight.
Lockers will be provided for the duration of the flight.
Children from 2 years of age are allowed on the flight.
Pregnant women are accepted up to 32 weeks of pregnancy.
