Had an awesome experience with the helicopter service! Supervisor Nirshad made everything run on time and stress-free, while Adette and Cherry were super friendly and helpful on the ground. The whole team worked together perfectly and made me feel safe and comfortable. Definitely a five-star experience from start to finish!

One of the best 12 minutes we’ve ever had in Dubai 🚁 The team was super professional and friendly, check-in was fast, and they made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable. Even my parents were completely at ease before we took off. Up in the air, the pilot pointed out all the landmarks: Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab and of course, Burj Khalifa. It’s only a 12-minute ride, but worth every dirham. Big thanks to Falcon Helitours for such a smooth, exciting and unforgettable experience. Highly recommend 🙌

The helicopter tour was a truly enjoyable experience, offering beautiful views and a sense of excitement that made the whole ride memorable. We especially wished the flight had lasted a bit longer, as the time passed so quickly. The only drawback was being asked to arrive a full hour before the tour, which felt somewhat unnecessary given how smoothly everything was handled once the flight began. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would happily recommend.

An absolutely amazing experience! 🚁 The views from the helicopter were breathtaking and gave us a completely different perspective of the area. The staff was very professional, friendly, and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire tour. Everything was well-organized, from check-in to landing. Embarking on a helicopter flight from Palm Island is a breathtaking adventure. As we ascended, the stunning views of Dubai's skyline emerged, showcasing iconic structures like the Burj Khalifa and the Burj Al Arab.

The turquoise waters of the Arabian Gulf surrounded us, glimmering under the bright sun.

The aerial perspective revealed the unique layout of the Palm Jumeirah, resembling a magnificent palm tree.

This unforgettable experience offered a thrilling blend of excitement and awe, making it a highlight of our Dubai trip.

Faq
Flights are priced by duration. Available options are 12, 15, 17 and 25 minute flights. The longer flights will include more sights.
Tickets are fully refundable 7 days or more prior to the flight, and 50% refundable 4 days or more prior to the flight. No Refunds can be provided for cancellations within 3 days of the booked flight. Flights can be rescheduled up to 24 hours free of charge.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes. Sunglasses are advisable for daytime flights. Otherwise, just bring your excitement and camera to capture the views!
The weight limit per individual seat is 110kg. Customers weighing more will have to purchase an additional seat. We cannot accommodate customers requiring seat belt extensions.
Children 2 years old or younger are not allowed to fly.
You are allowed to bring and use smartphones, amateur video and photo cameras during the flight.  Professional cameras (lenses 400mm and larger), selfie sticks, and tablets are prohibited. It is forbidden to bring water and food on board the helicopter.  The administration reserves the right to prohibit bringing aboard objects that will be considered dangerous or cause discomfort to other passengers during the flight. Lockers will be provided for the duration of the flight. 
Yes! As long as passenger can sit in the seat in a regular seated position, then they are welcome to fly.
Guests are welcome to take photos once the flight has begun, but photos are not allowed prior to boarding the aircraft.
